  " Arrived without issue but on leaving the carpark the barrier system indicated that I had t o pay the full amount by credit card. After lengthy discussions with the attendant, whilst the queue behind me was ever increasing, he finally agreed that I had pre paid and released the barrier. "

  " We booked in advance but when we arrived at 4am had problems getting in. No token was issued so when we tried to leave we held all the traffic up waiting to get out because we hadn't got a token after receiving two emails telling us about the number plate recognition system. Eventually we spoke to the little help button and were allowed out. "

  " We always use Jetparks when flying from Manchester. Yes the road surface may not be the best but the overall service is brilliant. Easy to book online, well signposted so easy to locate. ANPR meant smooth access to the car park through the barrier. Prompt bus transfer on departure and arrival and car parked in what seems to be a reasonably secure environment. "
