  " The issue we had was not with the outward bound parking but with the inbound. As we were flying out from T1, not a problem, but we arrived back at T2 and were told we couldn't get the transfer bus from outside T2 and had a trek across the airport to get to T2 to pick a bus up "

  " Hassle free parking, turn up at the designated car park, the barrier opens as youre number plate is recognised, go on holiday, come back and get in your car and again number palte recognition opens the barrier to let you out. It couldn't be simpler. A+++ "

  Using the T1 and T3 long stay car park was very straightforward. The bus drivers were very friendly and when I phoned the car park with a query beforehand he person who answered the phone couldn't have been more helpful. "

  " Number plate recognition system worked well. Not too long to wait for bus on arrival or return. Only slight criticism is the car park was fairly full when we arrived and there is no system for knowing the best area to find a space. Didn't take too long to find one but in the summer when it's very busy I could imagine driving round for a whe to find a space. "
