  " Booking was easy and receiving clear instructions gave confidence.I t was a relief to be allowed through the barrier though a little a anxiety came in finding a parking space.

  " The bus which picked up my wife and self on 24/03/2016
  was overloaded suitcases had to be left in aisle no room on racks even though notices says no cases to be left on floor,
  but still the driver kept picking up more people.
  The bus we returned on 30/03/2016 the driver allowed three
  people to ride from terminal 2 to car park to be then dropped off at terminal 3 even though they had not parked a car, F.O.C.Did not know you offered this service! "

  " Service was very good, however let down because your ANPR did not recognise my registration number on both entry and exit. Furthermore, the voucher I printed was A4 size and required a bit of origami before it could be scanned (in the pouring rain) on arrival and again on departure. "

  " On the Plus side We got and returned to the airport in the times You advertised, On the downside We had a 24hr flight delay and expected to pay for the extra day but I feel for a long standing customer using Jet parks at least twice a Year I thought £10 was excessive "
