  " No problem getting in or out of the car park. Car registration recognised both times without any need to press buttons or insert a ticket or coin. Cannot get any nearer to the terminal building so have used this car park now on three occasions. Price very reasonable for the convenience of being so close to departures and arrivals. "

  " Booked easily online in the comfort of our home. Admitted to Park immediately with number plate recognition. Car park is vast but didn't take too long to find a space and with a bus stop nearby (one of nearly 100 on the site) we were picked up in less than 10mins (service every 15mins). Bus Drivers are great and are in radio contact with base and report any problems as in our case when the bus became full the driver radioed for priority pickup for remaining passengers. Do write down somewhere safe the parking bay and the your bus stop in our case W5 stop 92, you may forget it and it's a huge park. We bought the Fast Track offered and it saved an immense amount of time at Security checks at the Terminal. On return the bus was at the Terminal stop and had us at the Park in no time. We exited the Park by number plate recognition again and home, what could be easier and great value. "

  " I had my 86 year old father with me who is unsteady on his feet and owns a disabled badge. Unfortunately we had to drive around the different floors trying to get a parking space. We eventually found one at the furthest end to the walkway into departures which left my father rather anxious. I purposely booked the car park because of the good reviews. I think there needs to be more spaces dedicated to disabled or a floor dedicated to pre-booked parking. "
