  " It was nice having my car available when we got out of arrivals (when we found it !). However, the sign-posting on arrival was terrible and easy to miss, we had to loop round twice before finding it, and still somehow ended up in T3 M&G. On arrival back, the instructions said find the "valet reception". No one at the airport had a clue what that meant. Just say the Meet & Greet reception, so everyone understands. "
