  " Pre-booking makes things simpler and the number plate recognition makes things speedier. I have only 2 issues though, although one of them is not strictly Airparks fault, it is some of the poor drivers who use it. Someone parked so close to my car I couldn't get in through the driver's door, I had to climb over from the passenger side to get to the driving seat. My second issue was that when I returned to Manchester on Tuesday 19th April 2 buses refused to let a number of passengers on as they said they were full but we were told 'another bus would be along in a minute'. As the 3rd bus was about to refuse me entry I stood my ground and the driver did eventually let 4 (out of about 30) passengers on board. I don't understand why the drivers were returning to the car park empty to pick up more people rather than drop off the passengers they had on board then return to the terminals to pick up those who were waiting (some of us for over 30 minutes). "
