  " Excellent service on outward journey and liked the easy notification by text on our arrival back. Unfortunately we had to wait about 20 minutes for pick up but there was a problem on the motorway which could have been the cause. However a text to let us know or an explanation on pick up would have been appreciated. "

  " Easy to book but most importantly great customer care. Returned to car after 10 days away and noticed they had covered my slightly opened window with a cover to protect rain damage. Had left inside light on so battery flat as a pancake. rang customer care who told me to press the barrier assistance button and ask for assistance. Did this and they had assistance to me with in 10 mins and all was sorted. "

  " It was located really close to departures and the wait for the bus was minutes, a friendly greeting from the driver and we were on our way, it was the same for the return journey. It was nice to be able to park on a tarmac surface rather than gravel with loads of pot holes. "
