  " The access from the motorway,but your claim of a courtesy bus every 15 minutes is a JOKE, on return this Friday 27th we waited over 40 minutes,yes 40 minutes before a number 5 coach arrived;every othe park had a minimum of two coaches come and do pick ups before a number 5 arrived,terrible service. "

  " We did not have any problems. The bus was rather crowded on the way back and judging by the moaning and groaning some people had clearly waited a long time but we were lucky and got it immediately. "

  " No complaints there...However except... on arrival at the parking on a dark and rainy night...I didn't see the barrier go up due to windscreen smear and the barrier front was not white. I waved the bar code at the illuminated scanner light but nothing happened. Your man on the loudspeaker said you don't use it anymore and that the barrier was already raised through Number Plate Recognition, very advanced! It caused a delay to the cars behind. Also the machine mentions a Token for exit which didn't appear so again called operator who told me you don't use 'em any more. So why not delete that message and delivery slot off the machine? Regards. "

  " Parking is very close to the terminal - literally 2mins walk - and the auto barrier worked perfectly.
  There was a possibility of a delay to my flight back to Manchester and I wondered how the extra parking time would be dealt with. As it was there was no delay so the issue didn't arise. "
