  " I was so grateful for the help we received as our car had a flat battery when we had returned at 1 am and needed jump starting! I spoke to a lovely man bus driver and he rang and got someone to us within 15 mins, this was 2 hours faster than the RAC could get to us. The traffic control vehicle arrived and we were on our way home within minutes! Thank u so much, extremely good customer service and helpful staff. "

  " Good service apart from the driver.stopped at first bus stop without a request,ours was the second stop 6 people wanted off the bell was rung he did not stop.when asked why he did not stop he said the bell was rung too late.all six people can not be wrong.a company is only as good as it employees this ones attitude when answering us back was not good "

  " Most convenient way to park your car. Easy to find and a seamless process both arriving and leaving. Located right next to the terminal building and it took us approx 2 minutes from leaving the terminal to being back in the car and on our way. "

  " Getting there easy, parking a bit of a pain, going round finding a space,
  Coming home at midnight not so easy, not knowing where to go or which bus to get on, we got on the wrong bus, but the driver was so very helpful, he ran us round to our car park and dropped us off, as we are in our 60's with small grandchildren in tow, this was our knight in shinning armour.
  We are using jet park plus in August , just hope we have a little more knowledge this time.... "
