  " Very straightforward on-line booking and confirmation. On arrival, the gate did not recognise our number plate, but the guy at the end of the telephone help-line at the gate let us in very quickly on being told our booking reference number. Very clear electronic information plate near entrance about where the available spaces are in the enormous car-park - saved hours of endless searching for a space! At end of our holiday, we again could not get exit by number plate recognition, but once again, the telephone help-line quickly sorted us out. The ehlp-line system might prove to be embarrassing if there is a queue of impatient vehicles behind us, but fortunately this was not the case. Very reasonable cost compared to other car-parks we investigated near Manchester Airport. Would definitely use you again. Very easy and frequent transport system to and from terminals in a bus with loads of space for luggage. Loads of bus-stops in the very large car-park also, so no long walks to them. Thank you! "

  " Easy / convenient to use and very friendly. My only criticism is that when I collected my car y drivers seat had been adjusted in every way possible - raised, brought forward and the back adjusted. Rather irritating as it then takes ages to find just the right position again. I understand some seat adjustment is required, but every possible combination does seem unwarranted. "

  " We parked in first available space we saw (U10) but this turned out to be a mistake. This was the last pick up area for the bus so by the time it got to us each time, it was full. At least 3 full buses went straight past us and we waited for about half an hour in the freezing cold early hours of the morning to squeeze onto a very full bus, by which time the queue at our stop was enormous. Next time we will be wise to this and will park in a different area, but in the meantime, please consider putting extra buses on at peak times and bear in mind that the last pick up areas have been waiting far longer than people at other stops in the car park. "
