  " The nice man at the other end of the (difficult to operate) voice connection knew my name and car registration! and let me out. That was the only plus! Your instructions re finding the (non evident?)signs for Europark need a major overhaul IMHO. They resulted in an almighty row with Mrs W who had them to hand. I had to resort to parking the car at the side of the road ( difficult!) and walking to ask an attendant ( thin on the ground at that time of the morning) after 3 trips around the roundabouts! During my holiday I was unsettled at my car not being recognized by your cameras on entry. Never again I had said before your nice man did his bit. Let's hope my comments help you improve your image to me and other poor souls like the Worsley family! You CAN do a lot better?
