  " Directions and advice were perfect. The Car Reg was recognised at the entrance no problem. Found space easily enough and didn't waited 5 mins for the bus transfer to the Airport. Return pick up point well signed and didn't too long for bus.
  Pity you couldn't do anything about the torrential rain. well done great value for money. We will book again. "

  " Simple and straitforward. Went straight to it and got picked up within minutes of arriving back at Manchester, even at 2.00 in the morning.
  It is a pity that I can't say the same about the antics at the airport on our return. Excessively long wait to get through passport control. Bad planning by HM Customs. Almost resulted in violence between customers who were getting very frustrated. "

  " We walked to our terminal from the car park which was great. On return, we had to pay £75 excess as through no fault of our own, the Sunday flight was cancelled and we were unable to return until Thursday. I thought £75 was rather excessive. "
