  " Easy to park for the terminal.
  Simple operation, makes returning a breeze as not waiting for bus or taxi etc.
  Only snag again is.....
  Lanes are very narrow especially if you are asked to park in a lane with cars already on each side. As lanes are very narrow why not fill lanes right to left. Its an issue then when someone follows you into a lane & you cant get passed easily with your cases. "

  " The parking was easy although I had a blue badge ,I found a gap close to the entry point a bus stop was close,and we were picked up within a few minutes.The bus called at all three terminals ours being the last drop at terminal 2 ,it was not a problem as we had left plenty of time.
  On our return our luggage came through first and we cleared the airport quickly . The bus stop was just out side and the bus arrived within a couple of minutes ,my car was waiting where I left it and the exit was easy ,and I was soon on my way home ,Thank you for a good serlce Phil Grimsby "

  " Easy booking on line. Informative instructions when leaving and returning.
  As it was our first time and depending where you park it was a little hard to locate the bus shelters.
  However once used you know exactly where they are.
  Maybe put a sign at each end of parking row indicating shelters for first time or foreign visitors.
  Other than that no problem at all and would gladly recommend the service to others.
  Buses were as stated punctual every 15 mins.
  ANPR a boon as no messing about at barriers. "
