  " Having pre-booked online all you do is drive up to the barrier, it opens you park and go on holiday. On your return from holiday all you do is drive up to the exit barrier , again it opens and off you go. No hassles. Great service. "

  " The car park was handy and the bus service good. Parking space was a little difficult to find and the hardcore surface of the roads in the parking area were difficult to use with heavy bags.
  Not as good as the parking at your Birmingham site a couple of months ago. "

  " Drive in park up with no messing around
  10mins walk to T1 or you can wait for the free bus. We walked as it was great to stretch our legs.
  Two weeks away then it was so easy hop on the free bus to the car put the luggage in the boot and drive home no messing.

  " Enjoyed the ease of parking right next to the terminal. The only problem was that when we came into the car park to collect our car we did not realise we were in the meet and greet and spent a lot of time until we discovered the correct part of the car park. We then arrived at the barrier and our token wouldn't work but that was soon solved after talking to someone on the intercom. Thank you "
