  " Everything was so easy. It was easy to find the car park. The transfer bus was there waiting for us on both the outward and return journey and the barrier recognised the car as being prepaid and lifted magically on entry and exit. It couldn't have been easier or more convenient. Thank you. "

  " I was a little annoyed that the barrier didn't recognise the registration number on our vehicle. The scan code was on our confirmation booking letter which we had difficulty in scanning on the machine because of the very heavy rain which destroyed the letter, we then had to call for someone to let us through. "
