  " My flight home was cancelled from Corfu on the Monday and I did not get back to Manchester until Tuesday afternoon as had to hire a car from Gatwick. I was worried about being charged extra, when I telephoned and explained what had happened the girl who answered the phone was very understanding about the circumstances and I was charged just £10!! Very happy. "
