  " Was very easy to book although not very well signposted when entering Manchester airport.
  Plenty of room and bus was good for transfer to terminal.
  On return had a problem getting out , it didn't seem to recognise us, when we rang for assistance the gentleman said he couldn't find my booking so we were stuck there for about 10minutes but he eventually found it and let us out "

  " Car Park within the Airport and straight out onto a bus when we got back.
  Although I booked well in advance though, when we arrived at Airparks 2 it took me nearly half an hour to find a parking spot. I believe I got the last one available and it was well hidden from view. This was not good for us and meant we could have been through security a lot sooner had we been able to park. "

  " Everything was very efficient both at drop off and collection. Walking out of the terminal in the early hours we were able to see our car immediately and no dragging all the cases (and kids) halfway across the airport complex! "

  " Everything apart from the single most important - number plate recognition - your system consistently fails to read and acknowledge some number plates - and mine constantly. That means waiting at the entry and exit gates for a human response, which sometimes can take many minutes, and a lot of forward and backward movements of the car, annoying when you are anxious with children to get home. "
