  " easy to use, only issue is i appeared to wait between 20 and 30 minutes for bus on return journey which wasnt great considering i had tired family from an overnight flight. Also didnt realise how big car park was and i had parked near exit, which means we spent a long time on the bus, my advice is dont park near exit it takes a long time to get to your car "

  " Easy to find but after parking in w4 we found great difficulty in getting out at 12.20am as very dark and not well sign posted.illuminated exit signs would be helpful also something needs to be done about cars Parked at end of rows and not in a marked space so couldn't,t actually get round them.bus pick-ups were great.   " The only thing we had a problem was that the barrier did not recognise our car registration number on entering the car park and a token was issued but on leaving the car park we called the operator who was very helpful and checked our booking and lifted the barrier. "

  " The bus drivers were friendly & informative, It took us a while to find a parking space which was a bit frustrating as it was 1st time we have used this Airparks. We have used Airparks at hand forth dean & was used to jus dropping the car off & they park it for you. I would defo use the car park again now I know what you have to do. "
