  " I have used airparks for a number of years, usually at least twice per year. This year I phoned to see if any discount was available in the interests of good customer relations. However the lady I spoke to could only offer a couple of pounds discount which I thought was paltry given the amount I was paying on this occasion and given the number of times I have used your car park in the past. Whilst I think that your service is good and convenient, I am likely to use a taxi in the future as it would be cheaper and possibly just as convenient. In addition, the NPR system allows cars to leave at any time without challenge and this lessens the security of the car park in my mind - my car may be more secure in my own garage. "
