  " The experience was painless, transfer buses came regularly and the drivers were extremely polite. The only suggestion/criticism I would make is to think about the design of the luggage racks? They are very high up and it is virtually impossible for a woman or an elderly person to lift a 20kg suitcase that high hence if the bottom ones are full then you are blocking the aisles. "
