  " whilst I find Airparks easy to use, I needed to make an amendment to my booking, taking up my parking space around 9 hours earlier than planned for which you then charged me around £24, which is absolutely scandalous. I am a regular user and will think twice about using you again. "

  " Was close to the airport but arrived around 5.30 . Car wasn't recognised and documents didn't scan. Was too dark to see properly so ended up pressing wrong button and getting a token. We had to get on so left it at that. On leaving though service was very prompt on presenting booking code and details to the machine intercom. Would use again if these problems were resolved in future. "
