• Meet and Greet T1
  " Very easy to leave the car and pick up very close to the terminal. We have used Meet and Greet 6 or 7 times now with no problems whatsoever but this time when we collected our car one side of it was absolutely filthy. It had obviously been parked or driven through some huge muddy puddle and returned to us in a state. I did take pictures of it and was going to make a complaint but didn't get around to it, however I have complained here so I feel a bit better. "

  " Location and transfer from airport spot on, never had to wait.
  information on booking form said if barriers failed to lift on exit press a button to speak to someone quoting booking ref. At night you cannot see which button to press. All of them were pressed with no communication. Eventuallyrwe did as instructed for entry and scanned the bar code. A light on the box ag night wojld be helpful and the correct exit instructions. "

  " It was easy to use. It would be much better if you didn't have to pull suitcases over gravel and rough ground, or up and down steps. Also if the driver on return journey was a bit more personable as didn't acknowledge us when we got on the bus or left it. "
