  " Excellent service by bus service and drivers. Only slight grumble is I was due back on the 28th October but due to time difference l actually did not arrive until the 29th October (my mistake) However, a charge of £15 for a mistake by less than 24hours seems extreme to me. "

  " The service is usually better. Going to airport was fine but arriving back on 31st October was chaos. The bus was over full with people filling up luggage rack then sitting in seats nearby rather than going to the back. Others then had to stand with cases so they didn't topple over leaving empty seats at the back of bus. Dropping off and picking up at two terminals meant people had to keep taking cases off bus to let people off. This slowed down the whole process. Driver needed to tell people to move down the bus so others could get on and support cases not in racks but he did not. Be better to have bus serve just one terminal as the queue was massive too. We couldn't get on first bus that came. Arrival time was 8.30am so needed more buses running to take into account the rush hour traffic as we had to wait 35 mins for next bus which again was just standing room. Rating based on the easy trip to the terminal but because of bad return trip score lowered. Will consider valet parking next time we travel due to this!! "

  " A good service at affordable price . My only negatives would be trying to find a parking space can take some time, the gravel on the car parks make it difficult to pull your cases from car to bus stop and the luggage slots on the buses are ridiculous ,if no lower space is available you have to lift your cases high up and try to slot your case in which is not good for your back. "
