  " The website is very easy to use, and offers a clear choice of options, at varying price points. It is absolutely a case of "You pays your money, and takes your choice!"
  Perhaps one suggestion might be to make it easier for customers to contact you with queries or problems, possibly via an online chat system? I recently booke dparking, and then within a couple of hours didn't need it, as got caught up in the tailback from a fatal crash on the road to the aorport, so missed the flight, but had nobody to talk to about the airport parking I had just paid for. "

  However the barrier did not raise and the help buzzer wasn't answered, luckily the other barrier worked. The bus had the same issue on returning to the car park so I guess it's a maintenance issue which needs addressing.
  Unfortunately there were some slight scratches on my car when I returned looks as if it had been caught by a zip on someone's clothing rather than hit be a door opening. "

  " Used this parking a few times but this time there was a huge delay in getting into the parking area and we were queueing for over mins without any explaination which caused a rush trying to get checked in on time. "
