  " Using the Airparks website was as easy and good as ever. However, we have used Meet and Greet on many occassions without issue, but I now think that the car park has got too big but their reception area is still the same size and cannot cope. Consequently, for the first time, we had to queue on arrival for minutes in the cold and rain. I will be monitoring reviews before we use them again and probably revert to taxi transfer to and from airport as the car park cost seems to have incrased significantly as well "

  " A hind site observation, we parked on level 1 and could have crossed over(uncovered) to the departure terminal, our instructions said that a covered walkway was on level 3, which we thought we had to use, this meant pulling cases around cars to the lift and was unnecessary. The car park was/is extremely convenient to the terminal(3). "

  " The only hiccup was the number plate recognition on entry which didn't work to let us in automatically. Your operator was quick to open the barrier so not a big problem. Does it have trouble in dark conditions? We have had the same problem previously and it was dark then too.

  " easy booking, good directions and transfers smooth. it would be good that the terminals are announced when approaching, as the driver just stopped and no-one was sure where we were. we got off 2nd stop for Terminal 1, so did others who wanted Terminal 2 then had to get back on. "

  " As it was a very wet day the shuttle bus windows were steamed up and no indication was given as to exactly where we were on the car park in relation to the bus stop we required. It would have been helpful if a recorded message of some sort was played on the buses. "
