  " On the whole the ease of parking, transfer and drop off was smooth and comfortable, all was spoiled by the foolish driver who caught my husbands arm between the hand rail and doors, on complaining the driver ignored him and then alighted at the next stop to allow a female driver to take over. No apology or even recognition of the incident was received. This happened at around.30 -.50 on April. "

  " Great all around service apart from going out that driver dropped us off at wrong terminal after we told him we were flying with Monarch and he said they always go from ??? Terminal. Unfortunately we had a minute walk to other terminal with kids..but apart from that all ok!!!. Jason. "
