  " It took us a few minutes to find parking space as we had to reverse out of some "aisles" where there was no space. The bus service was efficient. Our only complaint was being asked by the driver to move heavy luggage from the floor of the bus on to shoulder high luggage racks. This was very difficult and resulted in our luggage wheels being damaged when removing from the high rack. More lower racks would help. "

  " We had to delay our arrival time due to illness, the booking was still valid and upon arrival they had no booking, the time we had got through the barrier , parked the car and went to the reception desk all details and booking had been rectified HASSSEL FREE, will definitely use again. "

  " The experience of parking a car in a large car park is not really an enjoyable experience. It can be made enjoyable by personal contact, but the only people there are the bus drivers.
  There were no problems on entry or exit to the park and the return bus arrived after about ten minutes waiting. "

  " I have just used Airparks for the first time and was very happy with the service. I had a late flight retuning from holiday and as I was a single female traveler, I wanted a car park that I could return to, feeling safe without wandering around late at night. This was also reasonably priced without paying for the meet and greet service. I left the car at the entrance, signed in, and straight onto the bus. On return I only waited 5 minutes for pick up, and straight back to the car. Would highly recommend. "
