But when our flight got cancelled at the last minute at Vienna and I was told that 'because it was within hours of the collection time there was no way to avoid the extra charges',another £25,I was disgusted. It sounded like a money making excuse. I mean just how often when in a foreign hotel due you get to hear hours beforehand that your flight has been cancelled? Ridiculous notion, and you know perfectly well what kind of rigmarole I will have to go through with any attempt at getting compensation. Given the advanced notice I gave you, you could have charged a nominal sum. "

  " It's so easy,I book online print the paperwork,turn up at the gate it opens find a parking space bus comes at departure's five minutes,as they say cookin,it's so easy we have been using Airparks Manchester for many years now sometimes 1sometimes 2 because for some reason the price is different??? They are around the corner from each other,we only go abroad once a years so see you next year and thanks for your excellent service "
