  " Was quite surprised bus turned up at pick up point 4 minutes after text sent, no waiting even though the plane was 3 hours late and arrived at 4.30 am, have always used them even though £10 more than similar parks its worth it for the piece of mind when you get back tired and fed up, the worst thing you want is to be hanging about for the bus, will keep using them. "

  " Maybe i just caught it at a very busy time as there were queues stretching out onto the road to enter the car park, Once at the gate i was told 3 times during the brief intercom conversation to park in a certain lane number and once i got to the lane it was full and a number of cars after me and most probably before me as the next 2 lanes were also full where also told to park in the same full lane this causing confusion and slight chaos, Then walked to the check in reception to be met with a line of people snaking out through the doors and curling around the car park ,From there after the wait i had not anticipated it was quite straight forward after handing the keys in and receiving a ticket just a short quick walk to the departure terminal , coming back it was again quick and straight forward to retrieve my keys and be told where to find my car in the multi story, although individual lane and or numbered bay identification would be better in my opinion than a blanket coloured zone even though i was told a row it was not marked and made no resemblance one there to what i was looking for, Exit was trouble free. Would i use it again ? Yes but only if it was a comparable price to other options available "
