  " Please note - this is the first time I have used this particular car park. Previous car parks of yours that I have used have been manned.
  1. The number plate recognition software is a bit 'hit and miss'. I was left wondering whether I had done something wrong, and whether I would be able to access the parking. The absence of on-site staff to cover for problems with this is a little worrying, especially with the process not working%. The bus picking us up from the airport had similar problems.
  2. The parking was virtually full when we arrived. I don't know what the likelihood is of spaces not being available, but it seemed quite high to me.
  3. I spent quite a bit of time looking for Reception. It was only after speaking to someone else in the car park that I realised there wasn't one. It can't recall this being made clear anywhere in the booking process.
  4. The rough surface of the car park that we were forced to park on was unsuitable for luggage with wheels and left quite a number of scuff marks on the bags. "

  " I have used the various Jet Park sights for a number of years and find them easy to find and although you sometimes have to drive around to find a parking space you know there will always be one. There are a good number of bus stops so you never have far to walk. Unfortunatelly on this occasion we had to wait approx one hour for a bus to take us to the terminal, which I have never experienced before "

  " All was well apart from the shuttle bus service which was dreadful due to the traffic. It took us over an hour to reach the car park from the terminal. Had we not had heavy hand luggage, we would have walked, which would have been much quicker. "

  " The service was convenient and easily accessible. The bus route is prone to traffic congestion and we had to wait for over minutes for return bus. Fortunately not raining but a tad inconvenient. It is impossible to find a number for the booking team to amend or cancel a booking. "
