  " Closeness to airport, although we couldn't find a wheelchair (disabled parking) space. Sort of frustrating to have to unload my wheelchair passenger in the main aisle due to there not being enough space between the cars either side to do this properly. Maybe a few more accessible spaces are required? "

  " although we eventually found a place to park, we were v lucky. The place was packed with cars having to park in very awkward spots. We heard some v stressed people on the shuttle bus about driving round and round looking for parking. It looks like there is some expansion on the go which will hopefully relieve the situation in the future. "

  " Didn't recognise my number plate on way in or out. Struggled to find a space. Bus took us all the way around so that we were on the right side to get off - even though we were the only ones on it. Surely it makes sense to drop off one way and pick up on way back - more room that way? "
