  Had to wait longer on the return however which was ok but the bus was stifling hot with heating on full blast which made for an uncomfortable ride (standing with young children as other passengers felt their suitcases deserved a seat more!)

  " T1 and T1 multi story should be made clear. We didnt realise that there were 2 different T1 car parks and ended up in the multi story. On return we were told our bill was £400 !! We spoke with help button and this was greatly reduced thank god, but we still incurred extra cost. Yes I accept mainly our fault, but when queue behind and the barrier not lifting, and first time there, very confusing. But many thanks for reducing my heart attack. "

  " How easy it was to park and get ro the terminal building. It may cost a little more but it was so easy to find rather than the usual airport parking we use outside of the airport and having to wait for a bus to transport you in. It was great, when we landed straight out to the car and on the motorway home. Fab. "
