  " The driver turned up late so we were hanging around which wasn't pleasant after having been up all night. There was no communication from the driver to let us know where we were going which resulted in confusion from nearly all of the passengers. On the whole I was disappointed with the whole experience when the last time was alright. "

• APH Park and Ride
  " Dale, the helpful, hardworking young man on reception. His polite, friendly, professional manner despite being the only one able to assist a long queue of customers booking their vehicles in/out. Leaving only one person to deal with so many people all muttering as they wanted to be on the bus and on their way to the airport to book in, gave a negative impression of APH, perhaps, putting profit before people, ie a really good resource with minimal reception staff ie one person at busy times. The driver who waited and stopped us from missing our flight. "
