  " Unfortunately we felt we did not have enough time to retrieve our cases and it was very hectic with the cars coming one after the other and because I am disabled I found it very hard to move between all the cars coming in all at the same time I would recommend a special service for Disabled people where by you have an agent to help them especially with walking difficulties and because I had already informed you weeks before that I was disabled this would give you enough time to arrange it "

  " would have appreciated instructions via booking conformation email on how the car park works as first time we have used it. wandered round looking for an office or attendant. also at 1am in the morning higher and lit signs for the exit would have been very useful. bus driver could also have announced which area he was in or which order he was going to drive round in on return "
