  " The close proximity to the terminal and the quick processing of my booking in.
  Things to improve is the length of time that you wit at the barriers on arrival with the intercom buzzing loudly . It was a while before we were acknowledged and allowed entry. This has also happened in the past.
  Also the lack of trolleys during construction. We had to wheel 7 suitcases to the terminal across closed walkways which was a challenge for two adults and a child. Trolleys or assistance should be provided . "

  " The barrier lifted as I drove up, no need to faff about looking for my booking code to enter it into a keypad. Unfortunately, I overstated my booking by a day and was puzzled why the exit gate was asking me for money. The immediate assistance from an actual person rendered at the exit gate via the help button pointed me to my error and I paid and was on my way, all at the exit gate. "

  " Location near to the terminal.
  Cost has risen from around £50 18 months ago to £80+ now. Won't use again if there are further price rises "

  " Unfortunately after parking our car, we had an issue with a passport and we had to leave the car park
  and t4avel to Liverpool. We returned to the car park the following day and repacked.
  Our return to the UK was delayed by five hours due to a problem with our plane.
  When we a0proached the barrier I could not leave and had a conversation on the intercom with a gentleman who didn’t seem to have much sympathy for our genuine issue.
  Several cars pulled up behind us at the barrier and I was very stressed. Eventually the barrier was lifted. I had called your company to inform you of my delay and was told by a very understanding lady that everything would be fine. I can only request that a little understanding and sympathy will go a long way when customers have a genuine issue in future. This is why I scored only 5 points for my satisfaction.

• Meet and Greet T1
  " We have used T2 long stay several times but T2 Meet and Great came up at the same price so we thought we would give it a try. Signs and directions to the site were very easy to follow and location next to the terminal was great for me being disabled. Dropping the car off was so easy as was picking it up. We have just used T1 meet and great and location and service was great again. If anything T1 meet and greet needs a bigger sigh on the last roundabout due to all the other signes but service was great. Highly recomend. "

  " The service is quick, efficient and reliable, exactly what it says on the tin! I have used the meet and greet before and always will, just hand over the keys and a short walk to check in, and after a long flight home there is no need to make phone calls and wait for buses, carrying heavy bags. Just a couple of hundred metres to my car! No waiting, Brilliant. "

  " I really liked the ease of booking, the fact I was informed of roadworks in the area that could effect my arrival and that I wasn't charged extra for leaving the car park later than planned due to my flight being delayed by 4 hours. "
