  " From arriving at the car park to the airport at terminal 1 departure it only tuck about 15 minutes and the same from arrivals to the car park.
  Buses that run to and from the airport are very reliable and the drivers are very friendly.
  me and the wife was very impressed with it all and we can’t Waite to use this system again.

  " It was not easy to find a space and, with my Wife being disabled, and a lack of signs, she struggled with the distance to a bus stop.
  Regarding signs, would it not make sense to have better illumination and signs to the closest bus stop to where the customer finds a space?
  Disabled people need ramps, not steps, so can I suggest. ome are installed.
  We had no problems other than those so thanks for your facility. "

  " Parking was straightforward but on arrival we had to wait for 43 minutes for a shuttle bus (some had already been at bus stop for a while so had an even longer wait) although service is advertised as every 15 minutes. Luckily we had enough time to spare. Also, shuttle took considerably longer than 5 minutes due to traffic and roadworks. "

  " There was no hassle we just drove up to the barrier, our car ref was recognised and we parked up. On our return we found our car, loaded up, again the car reg was recognised and we were on our way home. No problem either way with the shuttle buses so a very satisfactory experience. "
