  " We decided to pay a little extra for convenience of parking close to the terminal. With a small family we wanted to make life a little easier. It was very simple and definitely worth the money after a long trip. Highly recommended. "

  Getting to jet parks 3 was a nightmare, got to airport but with all roadwork and satnav couldn't find jet parks 3 it took me almost 1 hour "

  " When I came to park I was told it was the incorrect place and that if I was to go to the car park I booked on, I would be delayed due to road works. So the gent transferred me and allowed me to park. RESPECT for looking out and being concerned for the customer. Definitely needs to be recognised for this. "

  " Easy to find. Parked near a bus stop. Bus came within 5mins. We were at T3 in 10mins. Dropped us right outside the terminal building. After our holiday the reverse happened. Easy - no fuss!! "

  " Very nice and modern car park with adequate use of technology.
  The transport bus is also very clean and the drivers are time conscious.
  The only let down is poor communication from the desk staff.
  Please inform customers to keep hold of the white ticket and hand to the bus driver
  on arrival as we were all confused what the driver was asking for also tell customers

  Again desk staff should be polite enough to inform customers that the card handed to
  them has got barrier exit code which needs to be keyed to exit the car park as it
  may be first time using your service.
  All in all top class parking with a little work needed on customer service👠"
