  " Only problem was accessing Jet Parks 2 due to the substantial amount of refurbishment and new building works in the area. The signage could be improved although everything else was excellent service - as always at Jet Parks 2. "

  " Rather than describe what you did best, it is more constructive to raise the negatives so you can improve! First is the extensive road works which is awkward to navigate on your own in the dark. Airpark 3 has extensive staff parking which is not obvious until after I had parked in the wrong place. I noticed other people were doing the same! Entrance did not recognize registration! On a positive note the transfer driver was very cheery and efficient! "

  " Not really a case of enjoying,just a necessity. Jet Parks 3 is easy to get to but at the moment the return bus service takes a long time. I tried to change the arrival time 2 days before but your website told me I could not because I was within 24 hours of departure.

  " I liked the fact that there was flexibility on our return flight back to the UK. I had booked that we would exit the car park before 8pm but obviously this is always subject to flight arrival times etc. We returned after 8pm and the exit barrier raised even though it was after the booked time. "

  " The anpr recognition on entrance was great however it did not recognise us on the way out. Also the bus took so long to arrive from terminal one (we waited nearly 20 mins) that we decided to walk so we wasn’t late for our exit time and actually made it over before the bus did.so that could definitely be improved. It was quite expensive for the service provided. However we did love the fact that our car was safe for the duration and untouched when I came back to it. "
