  " Ease of parking and getting on the bus to the terminal. Bus was literally there 5 minutes after we parked with bus stops dotted around the car park to access. Highly recommend! "

  " It was easy on arrival. We were directed to park up in a lane and then left the car with them. On arrival at the reception they had all my details, took my key and gave me a card to show them on my return.
  When we got back our car was parked securely in the multi storey and we found it easily. The only reason I have given it a 9 rather than a 10, was that we couldn't get out through the barrier. The Man told us he would let us out when we rang the buzzer, but we were there a good 5 minutes before anyone answered and then it was a lady who couldn't speak very good English and didn't seem to know what we were saying. They did eventually lift the barrier for us, but it took a while. I am thinking perhaps that was just bad luck, as otherwise there would have been huge queues to get out and there wasn't. Overall well worth the money. "

  " It would be helpful if there was some assistance with finding a parking space when you arrive to park your vehicle, it can be stressful looking for a space, especially with the current delays due to the works currently being undertaken on the roads. Other than that, collections and drop offs were as indicated. "

  " We returned from Madeira yesterday evening. Unfortunately I had made a mistake in the booking, booking only one week from 5th February and not two! [The booking was made in great haste.] So we were stuck at the exit barrier. With the help of other car-owners we found the button we had to press to get through to the office, and the lady who dealt with us had to contend with loud aircraft noise above us, and as we didn't have a torch we couldn't see the 'panel' she was talking about. Thank you for sending a bus driver to rescue us, but he also had difficulty in finding the slot into which we could put our credit card. Then I needed to enter my credit card PIN -- and had difficulty finding the key pad in almost total darkness as the driver (with torch) had left us -- but succeeded on the second try, having paid the necessary excess.
  So this is just a plea: is it possible to provide some light for those of us who happened not to have a torch (or equivalent) in the hours of darkness? "
