  " I realised on my return that I had stupidly left my rear window open. My car was untouched and everything intact so your security is very good. I wonder if it had been reported by another customer, walking security staff or seen on the cameras maybe you could have taped up some protection as the snow and rain had made the inside rather wet. It is possible it had not been reported but I saw it immediately I came off the shuttle bus. "
