  " Provide a wider lane closer to office or terminal for disabled passengers. We struggled to get my mother in law out of the car and had to overlap into the next lane. As a result your attendant decided to leave the next lane empty as someone else had already done the same further down the line. One wider lane for disabled use would solve the problem. "

  " Just drove up to the car park, number plate recognition worked perfect and allowed us access the car park found a space with not to much driving around.
  A big thanks as well our return flight was delayed and we were stressed about over stay fees, but were so relived to read on your FAQ ‘s that you gave some leeway for this and were able to leave the car park without any extra cost. So many companies in this day and age would have taken advantage of making more money out of this unfortunate situation and it is refreshing to find that your company doesn’t. "

  " Wasn’t great on arrive as 3 bus drivers would not let us on with my husbands bike box, but 1 bus driver kindly stopped and took us.
  However on way home they were fantastic and our car wouldn’t start and they sorted the AA to come and help us on our way home.
