  " I did not get to the airport for 30 minutes after my arrival at APH. In consideration of the lengthy security delays this is excessive for a short 10 minute transfer. In fairness the transfer has usually been more efficient but on this occasion I felt that it fell short of expectation. "

  " The speedy bus service and friendly drivers. parked within 20 metres of the bus stop and the bus driver saw us and waited until we unloaded our luggage so we could board. we have used your service several times over the last 8 years. All we need now is Manchester Airport to finish all the infrastructure upgrades and all will be excellent. "

  " The efficiency of the arrival and departure, the closeness to the departure lounge and the bonus of adding-in fasttrak security. We took no more than 30 minutes from arrival at the car park to sitting in the departure lounge. Excellent. "
