  " Great check in, helpful attendant, found us a trolly to put all out luggage on as he saw us struggling. Flight home was cancelled so arrived home late on a different flight and car was waiting perfectly when we finally arrived. "

  " not sure that enjoy the most is a way I would describe a parking service. to be honest when I booked it I thought Meet and Great meant being personally met and the car being ready outside the door .. this was a bit naive of me. I did not think that your service was that much of a difference/benefit over normal on site parking "

  " Car park was a few minutes walk to the terminal and ideal for terminal 3. The only issue was getting down the road to the car park as the traffic was really bad both on arrival and departing. "

  " The Bus driver extremely helpful with luggage especially for my mother in law. Its only a suggestion, but as you have dates of arrival and leaving, would it be possible to get an on site wash for the car before passengers due back say day before ??? :) "

  " Staff extremely helpful when we arrived to go to departures including the attendant advising us where to park and the reception staff. The score would have been 10 out of 10 but when we arrived back in the uk we followed the signs which pointed to the back of reception rather than where we had dropped the car off. "

  " We use this facility every time we travel, we pay extra for meet and greet but the experience we had this time was not as good as expected. Our booking had not loaded into their system, so there was a wait at the barrier as the car was not recognised. Then I had to dig out the email and explain to be let into the service. Then at the reception desk they had to manually create my booking. I would say I was delayed by at least 10 minutes so it feel significantly below my usual experience and expectations. That said the staff we are all friendly and courteous. "

  " My party was delayed in krakow poland due to thunderstorms and we had gone over the prescribed time on our car park booking by an hr so was somewhat expecting to pay some sort of charge on leaving the car park , nice one jetparks the barrier rose as we approached much appreciated at nearly 2am in the morning...... "
