  " Car park and transfers good. You could improve your service by telling people that for the next few months transfers will not take the 3 minutes stated to get to Terminal 1, but could take over an hour, which happened in our case. Due to roadworks in the immediate area of the car park and airport, we were waiting at the bus stop for half an hour, and were then in a traffic jam for 40 minutes before getting to the terminal. We had factored extra time into our schedule for possible holdups on the motorway, (travelled from North Yorks to Manchester) so we arrived in time for our check in, but others on the bus were panicking as their check in desks were due to close. I understand it is not the fault of Airparks, but could you put a warning to travellers to allow extra time when travelling at peak times until the roadworks are finished? Thank you. "

  " There is a definite problem as far as the shuttle buses are concerned .We arrived about 4.30 am. Took a while to find a space and when we then went to bus stop there were about 6 people already there. A bus came after 10 minutes and drove straight past. There were maybe 2 people standing up but could have taken more on quite easily if people had moved down the aisle. Apparently this was the 3rd bus to have driven past ! The next one came along as was wanting to drive past as well until one of the people waiting stood in front and wouldn't let him past. He had been waiting for nearly an hour ! Reluctantly the driver allowed us on and it wasn't overly packed - maybe 10 people standing in the aisle. I really think your shuttle service needs looking at as this was ridiculous "

  " Bit underwhelmed by meet and greet. Perhaps largely due to roadworks / building being done at present. Not that easy to find by following instructions given. Half mile traffic jam on small country lane which is main access road. No record of registration on arrival. Drop off ok. Arrival after picking up keys had to hunt around for car and struggled to find exit. Not sure how much better it was than just parking on site. Overall would rather avoid Manchester in future and use smaller regional airports. "
