  " The direct car to airport transfer was just what was required. Not waiting long for the bus. Easy entry to car park using NPR. Return trip was OK. Bus slightly delayed but not long maybe 15-20 mins but not a big deal for us. Overall very good. "

  " Waited nearly an hour on a bus for Jetparks3 to arrive to pick us up from airport. Excuse was roadworks we’re causing delays but about 5 jetpark 1 &2 busses appeared and about 3 Jetpark ringway buses but no Jetpark 3. We have now rules out Manchester airport as an option to fly from as too chaotic. "

  " Great to just drop your car off and have peace o mind and just pick your key,s up and just drive home ,staff are very helpful ,the only thing is I wish the staff would point out where your car was we where wondering around looking for our car "

  " It was very hard to find a space, and no indication was given of where the free places might be. Obviously other people had the same problem as there were a few cars abandoned in the roadway. This room up far longer than we’d hoped and we were then short of time to get to the terminal. For the price, I found this disappointing. I will book again, but I would recommend leaving a whole hour just to find a space and wait for a shuttle bus, before you even get to the terminal doors. "

  " From leaving my car to collecting it I was well looked after. I had a flight cancellation/delay and no extra charge was made by the APH so I will definitely be using again. "

  " Location. Ease of getting buses to and from airport. Great drivers x
  Only worry was the paperwork showed “AIRPARKS†but not mentioned at the actual airport. We could only see big blue signs for “PREMIUMâ€or premier which confused me. We thought we were at the wrong place, but as the barrier let us through we assumed we were in the right place! "

  " Close to airport and easy to find. Regular buses but allow more time than you think as goes around other car park and three terminals. Good service although I think Birmingham is better - staff more helpful. Will use Airparks again. "
