  " Parking isn’t as close as the multi storey but not too bad. Although, this pricing is now more expensive than it used to be for the multi storey. A good service but over priced. Service in the office was very friendly and efficient but the people outside guiding parking were not pleasant and insisted on cars parking so close to the vehicle in front it meant getting suitcases and bags out difficult. A bit of a jobsworth to say the least. "

  " Overall good experience but disliked the very rough stoned ground between the car and bus stop/surfaces road. Impossible to wheel heavy cases on this so too much lifting required. When leaving we noticed people taking cars to the bus stop to pick up cases - which is something we’ll do if we use this car park again, but obviously this is no good on arrival as you don’t know where you are going to park. "

  " The car theft attempt message was displayed on my dash monitor but luckily my car was absolutely fine.
  Only downside waited 15 mins for a transfer bus then did all the rounds with other carparks so took us around 40 mins from getting out the airport to our car.
  But like said at least my car was ok. "

  " I am not brilliant at internet booking,I am an OAP and I got the return date wrong on booking. Put 13th instead of 14th. Landed on 13th, exit car park 14th. It was only the fact your card machine did not work that operator was allowed to open the barrier, and I did not have to pay the extra £15. I had booked back in Feb or March & could not remember what I paid or dates submitted. I fairness to customers a £15 penalty is excessive when tired travelling back, and when people make a genuine mistake. Your mental note would be appreciated. Thanks "

  " The service was so easy. It’s what everyone wants, no dramas , no hold ups . You hand in your keys you get a card with your car info on it. Told where to present it on your return, walk 20 yards to your car and drive home. People like simple and you got it right. Thanks "
