  " Convenient and close to airport.
  However, had a wheelchair passenger, and it was difficult to know how to get to a disabled spot that was available. The arrows in the car park lead you to exit but not so clear to blue badge spots, especially blue zone. In the end had to park on floor 8 which does not have a lift to departures, so ended up having to wheel up the car route up to floor 9 and bring the suitcases afterwards, once again no trolleys there.
  On return quick and easy getting to car, once agin a little unclear how to get to even number floors from arrivals. "

  " I expected the car park to be closer to the terminal. It was described as Short Stay but when I got there, there were no signs to Short Stay.
  It turned out the car park has been renamedMid Stay. I have impaired mobility and would not have booked there if I had been aware. "

  " Was easy once i actually found out the location. It is not signposted as T3SSP but actualy as T3 mid stay. This confused me and the postcode does not locate the car park. Other than that it worked fine snd i would use it again. "

  " Able to park close to airport terminal and undercover. Well lit car park. Slightly confusing to find exit and thought the parking was quite expensive, but it was certainly convenient.
  Suggestion for improvement - I noticed when parking abroad that the airport car parks had green and red lights to show empty/full spaces - thought this was a very good idea. "

  " Waiting 25mins for bus because amount of time driver spends waiting to get through barriers as they haven’t got passes is ridiculous. Reluctant to use again until problem is sorted "

  " Very easy to find. Staff all extremely friendly and very helpful. Quick trip to airport. On return transport at the airport waiting and quick trip back for the car which we picked up straight away. Would highly recommend - thank you "
