  Just a minor point - I think that once you’ve handed over your keys at reception then that should be it. My keys were handed back for me to place them in a slot. When you’re going on holiday it can often be quite stressful and it would be so easy to put the keys back in your pocket which might just cause a bit of a problem!!!! "

  " We were abandoned in Berlin Ryanair cancelled all flights no alternatives. Managed to get a return flight contacted Meet and Greet and told them change of plan their answer “no problem†your car will be waiting. Won’t be using Ryanair they just don’t care. Back to Airparks soon you get a great service. "

  " Although the experience was fairly good the directions to terminal 2 multi storey car park was unclear and our car was not recognised upon exit and we had to use the phone at the car park to be let out. "
