  " The airport parking was so busy I was obliged to stop in the priority parking area to use the intercom at the gate. I explained that I could not find a space and the gentleman at the other end said"that is not a problem sir just park there, we are advising customers to do that because we are so busy" end of dilemma carry on with holiday. Perfect, Well Done. "

  " Although we had a long three hour flight delay on our return staff were still there at the Meet and Greet reception at 3am and returned our keys so that at least that part of our onward journey was as quick and easy as possible! "
