  " Only criticism is that there was only one person on duty when we dropped off key, so there was a fairly large queue. Otherwise, service was excellent. "

  " Entered car park without problems. Car park quite packed but found a suitable space after driving round for a few mins. Waited quite a while for a bus to arrive. On return journey waited even longer for bus to arrive and it was very packed...standing room only. However bus driver was polite and considerate to passengers. "

  " Drop off was easy and efficient, however not pleased to find our car blocked in on our return at midnight! Had to go back to office to get a staff member to assist us with moving car which was blocking us in. Not what you want when you have a 3 hour journey and young children in car. Not as if our flight was delayed as the reason for this. "

  " The price. There was a problem when we returned. The bus to Jet Parks 3 was a long time coming and when it did come it was full. Obviously the driver cannot kick people off. A message from one of the drivers had reached "t'management" and an empty bus was provided to alleviated the problem. It was nice that the problem was dealt with but it would have been nicer still if the problem had not arisen in the first place. "

  " drove up the the barrier and camera new my car so entered no problem on return same thing on leaving so all went smoothly. My only comment is that on the morning i arrived it was dark and raining and the bus transfer windowns were steamed up. It would help if an announcement would be made to tell you which terminal you were at, as this was difficult to see. "

  " ... entry and exit really smooth. Only adverse comment was that we unknowingly parked on an elevated section, where the nearest bus stop involved navigating some concrete steps and a very rutted cinder path - not so clever with a heavy suitcase. "
